いつの間にか出来てた韓国料理屋さん。
17:30やったからまだ空いてたけど帰る頃には予約客で満席でした。
伏見では珍しいジャンルですもんね。
★ナムル盛り合わせ
豆もやし、水菜と茗荷、小松菜
ちょっと自分には塩辛くて残してしまいました。
★チャプチェ
甘辛くて美味しい
味も濃くないし食べやすい。
★九条葱とキムチのチヂミ
周りがカリっと焼き加減で美味しい。
★ポッサム
柔らかい蒸し豚
パサパサの店も多いけどみずみずしくて良い。
サンチュやごまの葉で包みながら
★タンユスク
酢豚のタレと豚天が分かれた感じの韓国料理。
甘酸っぱい餡掛けがうまい。パクパクいけました。
★タッカンマリ
グツグツ煮込まれた鍋
ホロホロにほぐれる鶏肉が美味い。
スープもあっさりしていて、特製のニラ入りの醤を混ぜて。
★時雨煮キンパ
韓国料理で大好きなキンパでしめて。
メニューがかなり沢山あるから
かなり迷いました。2人やったしこれだけしか食べれなかった。
チャプチェとタンユスクが特に美味しかった。
スタッフは若くてパワーもあるし
愛想も良かった。
