知人に連れて行ってもらいました。
住宅地の中にあるので気づきませんでした。
住居兼店舗でやっておられ、以前はホテル藤田におられたそうです。
店内はカウンターのみで、靴をぬいで席に座りました。
コースを頂きました。
前菜、スープ、サラダ、メインのステーキ、ガーリックライス、汁物、デザートです。
味付けにこだわりを感じる料理で、前菜のサーモンと牛肉のたたきは初めて食べるソースでした。
ステーキは塩、ポン酒、オリジナルのソース（マスタード、レモンなど）←一番好きでした。
ただ、値段の割には普通のお肉で残念でした。
仕入れによってかわるようで、この日は信州産のヘレを頂きました。
お酒も美味しいし、料理も美味しいけど、肝心のお肉が…物足りないなぁ。
