Mr. Kazuhiko Cheng, who specializes in Taiwanese genres and is the first Iron Chef challenger to defeat Iron Chef, is especially well-known as a leading expert on Medicinal Food. He is the only person in the world in the Chinese field who was selected as one of the world's top 100 chefs in a French specialty book. The owner and chef of ``Ajisai'' is Mr. Kazuhiko Hode's last disciple. After many years of study, he became a disciple of Mr. Kazuhiko Cheng, and then became independent. Since then, I have continued to receive advice and continue to work hard every day.
