今日はこちらで初のフカヒレにトライ。
吉切鮫の胸ヒレ（￥3300）、同尾ヒレ（￥4500）
青鮫の尾ヒレ90g（￥5500）、同140g（￥8800）
毛鹿鮫の尾ヒレ（特大、￥10000）
のラインナップから吉切鮫の胸ヒレをオーダー。その他、野菜たっぷり八宝菜（￥1650）、大海老マヨネーズ（￥1320）、パラパラ蟹炒飯（￥990）も。
フカヒレの煮込みは旨味たっぷりで紹興酒（￥770）と瓶ビール（￥770）がすすみます。その他の料理もたいへん美味しい。今日も大満足。ごちそうさまでした。
