平日のランチに夫婦でお出かけ。
かなり久し振りとなる大山崎町。
ここ数年で気になるお店がいっぱい。
あの店もこの店も気になるなぁ〜。(笑)
そんな中、あの程一彦氏の
最後のお弟子さんのお店が
駅前にあると聞きつけ、早速ＧＯ！(笑)
はい。ホンマに駅前。超駅前。(笑)
阪急電鉄大山崎駅の真ん前。
１３時過ぎに到着。初訪問。
先客はなし。後客は１組４名。
４人掛けのテーブル席に通され、
【レディースコース】２ヶ
をオーダー。
前菜は３種で、
【ピータン 海月ヘッドの酢の物 蒸し鶏】
という陣容。
丁寧に手作りされたのがめちゃ伝わる。
これは期待もマシマシ。
その後も玉子スープ、野菜サラダと続き
いよいよメイン。
選べるメインは、
【キスのマヨネーズソース】
【毛沢東スパイスチキン】
をチョイスし、仲良くシェア。(笑)
さらにミニラーメン、
杏仁豆腐＆珈琲でフィニッシュ。
期待は最後まで裏切られることなく、
何から何まで本当に満足満腹。
お米は指定農家の特別栽培米。
お野菜もできるだけ京都産を使用。
ひと皿ひと皿にこだわりも感じられる。
こんな美味しい中国料理が
大山崎で味わえるなんて、
むしろ嬉しさの極み。
