桑名をさんぽしようと思い、昼ごはんの店を探していたら、
魚重楼のランチが祝日はOKなのを発見。
老舗のランチは期待できるのでランチ目的で桑名に行き、
10時半に電話を入れると、「満員ですが、2名様で午後１時からならご予約承ります。」
との事で即予約。
寺町商店街で1500円の絶品かき氷食べたり、とっても渋い店々を見て回り
桑名宗社を参拝し、桑名さんぽを楽しんだ後に来店。
玄関に国旗が掲揚してあります。祝日に日の丸が揚がっているのを久しぶりに見ました。
重厚な佇まい。門から玄関までの庭も手入れが行き届いています。
老舗らしい接待が心地良いです。
ランチは3000円.ノンアルコールビール500円に、サービス料と消費税で二人で7865円。
ランチ用に食材は抑えてありますが、蛤を十分に堪能できる内容で随分お値打ちです。
料理の味も器もとても良いです。サービスも高いコースと変わりありません。
所要時間は１時間半。ゆっくり食事ができました。
平日ランチなので思い切った価格設定だと思います。
蛤の一番美味しいのは6月だそうで、その頃に蛤懐石を食べに行こうと思いますが、
このランチはリピート確実ですね。
