予約は完全予約制になり1名から受付ています。
営業はランチとディナーともにされています。
アクセスは賢島駅から徒歩10分ほどの「志摩観光ホテル ザ ベイスイート」の5階になります。
店内は志摩の景色が一望できる広々とした空間になります。
料理内容は数種類のコースが用意されています。
シェフは2008年に「ラ・メール」のシェフとなり2014年には総料理長に就任されました。
2017年には「料理マスターズ」にて女性初、三重県初の「ブロンズ賞」を受賞された方になります。
食材は伊勢海老、鮑、松阪牛をはじめとした地元三重県のものを使用しています。
「鮑ステーキ」等の伝統的なスペシャリテをはじめ、海の幸を存分に味わうことができます。
大自然に囲まれたなかで海の幸フランス料理がいただける素晴らしいレストランだと思います。
