伊賀の片田舎の隠れ家的蕎麦屋。一恵の蕎麦は、｢３cm幅の生地を２３本に切る｣蕎麦職人が守らねばならない江戸時代から続く御定法を守るとともに、主に自店にて、石臼で手挽きし、自家製粉しています。
小洒落た和風料理と蕎麦を同時に楽しめる昼、夜とそれぞれのコースをご用意しております。蕎麦のアイスクリーム、蕎麦の実クッキーなどもオリジナルで手作りしています。オススメは、蕎麦豆腐です。
