仕事での仙台出張。
福島県出身でありながら、いわき市出身で仙台とはなかなかご縁がなく(いわきからだと仙台はアクセスが悪いため)。
今の仕事の取引先が仙台に拠点があるため訪問。東北一の大都会なだけあって予想よりもかなりでかい街でした。
仙台で唯一？の繁華街である国分町に行きました。東京でいう歌舞伎町のような街並みでキャッチのお兄ちゃんばかりで怖かったです。
今回訪問したのはこうやさん。
お寿司を食べたかったので。
注文したのは上記の通り。
>全体的に
シャリは赤酢？少し色が付いていたので何か特殊なシャリかもしれません。赤酢のようなまろやかな甘みはなかったので断定できませんが、独自性は感じますね。
ネタはいずれも良し。さすが東北。海鮮系は新鮮度が命ですがさすがの美味さです。
ただし、鮑は硬いですね。食べれたもんじゃない。
シャリは美味しくなかったです、正直。
大量生産で提供スピード重視だと思うのでしょうがないかもしれませんが、パサついてるし硬いしけっこう質は悪いです。
一見、高級そうなお寿司屋さんだったのでショックではありましたが、シャリの低評価をネタでカバーする感じ。
刺身だけとかのほうがいいかもしれませんね。
若干、価格帯と味がコスパ悪い気がするのでそこが唯一ネックかなと。
時間帯にもよるのかもしれません。混んでましたし、忙しかったのかなと。
またリベンジします。
