さてさて、バンゴハンの前にお宿で軽くビールをやりました後は、駅前から国分町までテクテクと歩きます。
予約をしていたのでスンナリ入りまして、こじんまりとした席に案内されると、ハイボールと一緒にお通しとしてカンパチの握りが２貫出されます。
続いては、箸休みのつもりで頼んだおつまみキャベツですから、ポチポチとつまむことにいたします。
さて、今回の楽しみのひとつは殻付き生牡蠣で、勿論、南三陸の産になります…が、ちと滋味に欠けるような味わいだったのは気のせいといたしましょう（微）
志波姫豚しそ巻串焼き…志和姫のトコロで切れるそうですが、焼きたてをいただけば美味しさも倍増です。
コチラの楽しみにしていた秋刀魚の刺身も美味しくいただきます。 ここのトコロ不漁続きのサンマですから、刺身でいただいたのは思い出せないくらい久しぶり…８年前にいただいたのが最後だったかもしれません。
さてさて、今回のメインの厚切り牛タン炭火焼きであります。
しっかりとした厚みがありますが、噛み心地というか肉としての味わいはシッカリしているけれど柔らかくいただけます。 総じてお腹が一杯になりましので、〆は明太子のおにぎりで、白飯の旨さと海苔の組み合わせが絶妙で、追加で炭を頼む気も失せてしまうくらいです。
再び20分ほどかけてお宿に戻るのですが、仙台もナカナカの都会ですから夜景も豪華です。
