Fresh fish, mainly from Sanriku, arrives daily! All fish is grated at the store. Most of the sashimi is live. We also have manbou intestine Grilled skewer, sea squirts, cod milt, and Oyster in the shell almost every day. We always have 2-3 types of white meat sashimi, mainly from Ishinomaki, such as ``sai'', ``ainame'', ``kochi'', ``hobo'', and ``hirame''. If you're lucky, our popular menu item ``Mouka no Hoshi Sashi'' (Shame no Kokoro) may arrive in stock.
