Born in Fukushima in 1977. Trained at a Sushi shop in Sendai for 14 years. After that, he became a craftsman at [Sushi Koya], and is currently the owner of [Sushi Koya Sendai Sushi Street Store]. "The Sushi shop is attractive because of its counter business, and it's fun to meet a lot of people," says Sushi, who feels that being a craftsman is his calling.

``Masamune'' purchases fish and shellfish of the highest quality from the market every morning, and uses carefully selected toppings from among them. In addition to 4 standard toppings, 7 seasonal toppings are added. This is a proud dish where you can enjoy fresh local fish with a wide variety of toppings.
