晩御飯は年末での反省を踏まえた上で事前にお店を予約して訪問しましたよ。
入店して個室の掘りごたつ席に着座しメニューの鱈白子ポン酢等の海鮮を注文。
先に生ビールで喉を潤して料理を待つ事10分程で鱈白子ポン酢から提供です。

色味の良い鱈の白子はクリーミーな味わいでポン酢にマッチし美味しいですね!

火を通してから頂けるハマグリは臭みが無く程良い弾力の貝で此方も美味しい。
