以前訪問したこともある魚とやさん。
料理も豊富でお酒も豊富。
泉中央には欠かせない居酒屋の1つです。
暖簾を潜り、入るとおしゃれで落ち着く雰囲気。
とりあえず何となくカウンター席へ。
だーいぶ前に訪問していたのに、覚えていたお兄さん。記憶力にびっくりしました。
なんかありがとう。
さて、今日は少し他で飲んでたこともありいきなり日本酒の飲み比べ。
而今、剣豪、天吹。
どれも飲んだことのない日本酒。
特別純米酒、清酒、純米酒。
吟醸酒ではないけれども全部飲みやすくて美味しいですね。
綺麗な盛りつけで出されたキノコの天ぷらとも日本酒はしっかりマリアージュ。
