ここら辺の牛タン屋さんは20時には閉まってしまう店が多い
そんな中でも夜遅くまで営業してくれているのが利久だ
利久の創業はおよそ40年前
先代名物の牛タンを売りにしている店としては後発組
でも、いま最も伸びている牛タン屋でもある
利久の牛タン最大の特徴は隠し包丁の絶妙さ
シンタンでない部分でも、柔らかく食べられるように厚みが絶妙で塩加減がまた良い
チェーン店でこれっていうのが凄い
しっかり厚いが、この隠し包丁のお陰で美味しくぷりぷりの牛タンを楽しめる
もちろん、牛タンは熟成してから提供
しっとりと塩分となじんでこれも美味しさのポイントだろう
オーダーしたのは牛たん定食4切8枚(2,211円)
それと極み牛たんローストの握り(550円)
まずはテールスープと麦飯が登場
もうちょっと麦が入っててもいいと思うが、小鉢の牛たんの甘露煮もまた美味い
テールスープはじんわりと沁みる味
遅れて牛たん焼きが登場
今回は味くらべで塩と味噌を半々でオーダー
正直、味噌はしょっぱすぎて牛タンの旨味を消している気がする
やはり塩がオススメだ
付け合せの浅漬けも唐辛子の南蛮漬けも病みつきになる
うーん
やっぱり利久の牛タン美味し!!
飛びぬけた感はないが、それでもチェーン店の安定感
