Freshly shucked sea urchin and salmon roe, Seafood Bowl and Ten-don (tempura rice bowl) preserve the original essence of Tomofukumaru, and you can enjoy Seafood dishes even without alcohol, such as fish set meals at night. There is also a luxurious tsukedon (rice bowl with rice cakes) made with freshly caught fish. Please enjoy the service that is a little different from that of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar).

The finest northern purple sea urchin from the coast north of Sanriku is heated using our unique additive-free manufacturing method, then quickly frozen at -35℃ and stored at a low temperature of -60℃. It is completely different and has a luxurious taste that even surpasses fresh raw sea urchin. It also comes in a gift box, making it perfect as a year-end gift or souvenir.
