初めての訪問、14:00近くの来店です。
昼のピークも過ぎているので店内はそれほど混雑はありませんでした。
豊富なメニューの中から、穴子せいろ(¥1,760)、大海老フライ定食(¥1,760)、刺身盛り合わせ(¥1,980)をオーダー。
穴子せいろは、ふわっと柔らかな口当たりで香ばしい穴子、とメニューに記載があったので、かなり期待していましたが、タレはまずまずですが、穴子の身が固く、しっかりとした歯ごたえで残念。
ご飯もタレを吸わせた割には、しっとり感がなく、パサパサであまり美味しくありませんでした。
大海老フライは、一般的な海老フライではなく、握り寿司のように身を半分に切り、少し叩いて大きく伸ばしてような海老でした。
これは大海老？と思うところはありますが、身を開いて大きく見せたという意味での大海老フライ定食だと思います。
定食には味噌汁、小鉢、お新香が付いてきました。
お刺身盛り合わせもこれまた残念。
辛口ですが、質に見合っていない観光地価格です。
残念ながら海の町だからといって、美味しく新鮮な刺身を安くいただけるというわけではありません(^^;
