多賀城に来ています。
過去は仙台まで新幹線で行って、そこから例えばローカル線に乗って塩竃まで行ってました。途中通過する多賀城はスルーだけの土地でしたが、今回の遠征では多賀城を拠点に選びましたのでいろいろ調べることになります。
多賀城を拠点に選んだ理由は単純です。仙台にも塩釜・石巻にも簡単に行きたいと考えたとき多賀城が極めて便利な土地であると言うことなんです。
さて、多賀城にある寿司屋。寿司の写真をいろいろ見て興味を惹いたのがここ貴伸。店のHPがよく考えられていて、細かなところにロジカルな理由なども発見してここはいけそうだと。
開店時間の直後位にぶらっと行ってみます。かなりキャパもある店で、昔ながらの街場の寿司屋という感じではありません。カウンター席に座って大将と会話開始。思い描いた大将像とダブります。創業して２０年以上経っている経歴、多数の店舗を持っていたのが震災で失い再スタートしたこと、寿司組合の話などジブンは各地の大将のいろんな話を聞いてますが、この大将も出来るオトコだと思いました。
そろそろオーダーしましょうか（笑）。
＊盛り合わせ（１５００円）
これが出てきた時にはびっくりでした。盛り合わせをたっぷりな氷の上に乗せ、見せ方も素晴らしいですが、その中身もすばらしい。これって寿司を知っている人へのスペシャルですかと訊いたくらいです。
大トロ、ボタン海老、つぶ貝、毛蟹と言った看板スターはじめ、いかやひらめなどワタシなら全部握りで食べたいものばかり。話を聞くと、１０００円と１５００円の２種類ある刺し盛りでは１５００円の方がお得感があると思いますとのことでした。

さっそくの塩竃ひがしものです。爽やかさがある赤身です。握りもよくまとまっていてうんまい。

ここに来れば新鮮なさんまが食べれます。東京で食べる秋刀魚とは同じ魚かと思うくらい全く違います。
