Miyazaki Prefecture is one of Japan's leading producers of spiny lobster. At ``Isoryori Hoshikura'', you can enjoy ``Ise lobster dishes'' that generously use such luxurious lobsters. The season is from September to April. The freshest Ise lobsters caught in nearby waters are transformed into a variety of gourmet dishes such as ikezukuri, boiled, grilled with salt, and miso soup. We have a wide selection of products, mainly the finest shochu from the local Miyazaki prefecture, but also from Kagoshima prefecture's Kirishima and Kurokirishima.
