全ての県で鮨を食べてみよう、と思っている。（らしい）
今回は長野県は長野市にある、すし崇さん。
まだお若い大将と奥様が２人でやっている。
、、にしては、広い店だった。カウンター10のほかに部屋も２つあって
なんだか知らないけどこの日は部屋が人気だった。
つれがいつぞやかの、善光寺を特集してたTV番組でちらっと出ていたのを覚えていたようで
雰囲気が良かったから！と言ってただけあって
とてもゆったりした空間で、高級感もあってかなりいい。
基本カウンターはおまかせスタイルです。
つまみから。
茶わん蒸しや鰆の西京焼き（←白飯欲しくなる味、いや、好みだったけどね。）なども出ます。
つまみはまぁ普通。
もしかして、ふつう？
つまみがおわり、握りにはいります。
まずはほうぼう。
うん、旨い(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
まさかここでこんなパンチのあるシャリに出会えるとは。
鯛、しまあじと続く。薬味もいい感じ。本ミル貝。
づけ、ねっとり。中トロは３週間。私にはちょっとあぶらがきつかった。
車海老は黄身酢おぼろ漬。
金目鯛、かに、煮蛤、穴子。
寝かせたカジキや寒鰤も頂いた。
カジキ食べて、猪股を少し思いだしたな。なんとなーく傾向がにてるような。そうでもないような。
ちなみに大将も似てるｗ
かんぴょう巻とカステラで終わったけど
連れはいつもの「全部」オーダーなので追加であと６貫位食べてたような。
どちらかといえば、握りを食べさせたい大将みたい。
ドリンクの種類も色々あって使いやすい。グラスワインもあります。
お会計は相当食べたのに２人で３万以下だった。

長野県って色々おもしろいお店がたくさんある。
すし崇さんに5年ぶりくらいに再訪しました。
今はおまかせ23000円かな？
一応、握りとか、個室だとまた違ったコースも選べるようです。
久しぶりにお会いした大将は、年取ったなぁ、まぁ自分もかw
女将さんは明るくて若々しい！
品数たっぷりです。
つまみ8、握り14、巻物、アマゾンカカオの玉、味噌汁、デザート！
