JR軽井沢駅から中軽井沢に向かってちょうど中間
あたりのR18沿いにあるイタリアン。
ランチメニューはパスタかピザのセットメニュー
があってなかなかお得。この日注文したパスタ
セットは前菜3品にパスタ、デザート、飲み物が
ついて1500円。
この時期はオーナーシェフが一人でまわしていて
注文から調理、配膳に後片付け、会計まで１人
なのでちょっと客が気をつかう場面もあるが
人件費を落として適切な価格を守るという点では
納得できる。
白ワインをグラスで頼んだらメチャ盛りが良い。
普通の倍ぐらい注がれる、しかもまーまーの質の
ワインに顔もほころぶ。
前菜3品はカポナータにソーセージとキノコの
マリネ。どれも標準以上だが特にキノコのマリネ
がガーリックの利かせ方が絶妙でワインが進んで
困る。
パスタはベーコン、蕪、キノコのペペロンチーノ
蕪が柔らかく煮込んであって丁寧な調理。もう
少し辛味があっても良かったが美味しい。
デザートはバニラアイスとティラミス。そして
飲み物はアイスティー。
ワンマンオペの割にスムースなサーブ。程よい
タイミングで最後まで滞りなかった。
