パエリア、アヒージョは定番。小イワシの酢漬け、焼き野菜と生ハムのサラダ、イベリコ豚のローストはお初でしたが、どれも美味でした。ご馳走様。
10年一昔とは言え立派な地雷店に発展し何はともあれ重畳。
ホルスタインの廃牛のTボーンと化調風味豊かなイカスミのパエリャ。
