北軽井沢に宿泊していたのですが、中軽井沢気になるスペイン料理専門店があり、行ってみることにしました。
中軽井沢の駅からも程近くのお店です。メニューを見ると庶民の私にはそこそこ良いお値段！でもこんな機会なかなかないので今日は奮発することに。
連れは早速スペインのビールに舌鼓み。二種類スペインのビールが置いてあったのですが、一種類は連れ曰く「ヨーロッパのビールとアジアのビールのいいとこ取り」だそうで、フルーティーな風味があるのに喉ごしが爽やかなんだそうです。今まで飲んだヨーロッパのビールで一番うまいと言っていました。
さて、小エビのアヒージョ、牛肉のシェリー酒煮込み(メニュー名うろ覚え)が届きました。小エビのアヒージョはにんにくの効いた奥深い味わい。これはビールにも合うよね！
お肉の方は美味しいけどちょっと脂っぽさが気になったなあ。
それぞれソースも美味しく、思わずパンを追加注文してしまいました。
そして、メイン到着！注文してから炊きあげるというパエリア。イカスミで口回りを真っ黒にしながらガツガツ食べてしまいました。だって、美味しいんだもん！！
ふわっと磯のかおり。真っ黒すぎてどれがなんの食材かわからないけれど。なので、貝を殻ごとガリッとやってしまいました…殻つき貝は分かるようにしてほしい～(--;)
デザートのクレームブリュレは薄めに作られていてなんかオシャレ！でも、薄い分焦げたカラメルの味が主張されて苦く、私的には苦手な味でした…
オシャレで特別な時間を過ごすにはオススメなお店。また、そんな気持ちになったら来ます！
