諏訪湖の旅館に泊まり、近くで美味しい店がないか食べログを探していると、なんとこんな所に「とんかつ百名店」が!
日曜日の営業時間は14:00までだが、Google Mapsを見ると13:00で注文終了の文字。すぐさまタクシーを手配してお店へ向かうこと12:30すぎ。
お店に着くと、「準備中」の看板。
さらに張り紙には、「本日ロース・ヒレ品薄のため、品切れ次第閉店となります」という記載。
悔しいが、諦めて帰ろうとしたところ、女将さんが出てきて「お待ちいただきますが、よろしいですか?」と。ラッキー!
ということで、本日は
・ロースカツ&ヒレカツ定食 小さめ (¥2750)
黄金の衣を見れば分かる、じっくり時間をかけた低温調理。付け合わせにはマスタードや山葵、お漬物にキャベツなど。かなり量があり、「小さめ」にして正解だった。
ジューシーなロースは山葵をあわせてさっぱりと。
コクのあるヒレは塩コショウを振っていただいた。
どちらもサクサクとした衣のなかにたっぷり豚肉が詰まっており、一切れ一切れ個性がある。
ソースや付け合わせを変えて最後まで飽きずに美味しくいただいた。満腹で帰路につき、大満足の日曜日。
