出張で岡谷市へ。途中で昼食となり付近を検索
するととんかつの「百名店2022」に選出された
「山ぼたん」さんが近くにある事が分かり、
訪問してみました。
お店はテナントの2階です。駐車場はテナントの
共同駐車場で40台以上あります。開店10分後の
11:40頃に到着しましたが、既に満席です。
人数を伝えると順番待ちの呼び出しブザーを
渡されました。これで車内でも待つ事が
出来きて、助かります。
先にメニュー見て注文をしておきます。
「ロースかつ定食」( 小さめ)2,090円
「ひれカツ定食」 (小さめ)2,420円 (上)3,080円
「ロースかつ&ヒレかつ定食」

「とろロースソースかつ丼」

注文したのは「ロースかつ定食」 (上)2,480円です。
ご飯の量を聞かれましたので、普通でお願い
しました。大盛りにしても無料です。
30分程度で店内に入る事が出来ました。テーブル席
のみで10数席です。。コロナが第5種に移行した後
でしたが、まだ減席をされていました。お冷&お茶は
セルフです。店内にはラジオが流れれ、レトロな
ブラウン管テレビやポスターが飾られています。
先に注文していた事もあり、席に着くと10分程度で
配膳されました。
「ロースかつ定食 」(上)は中央にローズかつ、
ご飯に味噌汁、小皿にサラダ、漬物、果物です。
お肉は岩手県のブランド豚「岩中豚」を使用されて
います。200gのとんかつは厚切りで、断面は
ほんのりピンク色。衣は薄くお肉を優しく
包んでいる感じです。肉質はしっとりと柔らかく。
まろやかで上品な旨味が口の中に広がります。
脂身の部分はジューシーでコクありますが、
クドさがまったくありません。
山葵が添えてあり、他にからしやソース、お塩などが
テーブルにありましたが、私は塩と山葵で食べるのが
お肉の味が感じられ、美味しく食べられました。
ソースは濃い味なので、お肉の上品な味わいが消えて
しまうかなと。
ご飯の普通盛りで大きなお茶碗に一杯ありました。
若い人なら大盛りでもいいかもしれません。
お味噌汁には豆腐とキノコが入っていました。種類は
分かりませんでしたが、キノコがとても美味しく、
また味噌汁自身も美味しかったです。
流石百名店の実力です。お肉の美味しさが際立って
いました。それでいてボリュームもあり、これで
2,480円は安いなと思いました。お店にも張り紙
ありましたが、提供までに時間が掛かります。
休日は行列必至でしょう。ごちそうさまでした。
