諏訪湖畔のとんかつ百名店、土曜日12時半到着、なんと自分が最後の1人、12時35分には売切仕舞の札かかります。11時半開店なので、1時間のみの受付、危なかった(^_^;)オーダーはロースかつ定食上200g。低温調理岩中豚、モチっとまではいきませんが旨いです。ソースは甘口しかないので塩か醤油、味噌汁も甘ったるいのが難ですかね(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
