諏訪近辺では人気の高いトンカツ店。諏訪湖のほとりにあり、観光客にとってはアクセスの良い場所。11:30から営業開始だが、11:10に着いてみると既に受付は開始していた。既にこの時点で7、8人が受付済み。3連休中日の日曜朝でこの感じ。なかなかの人気のようだ。特に用事もないので店の前で待っていたが、11:20ごろには既に一周目は埋まっていた。11:30に着いても1時間待ちという感じ。私は11:30には入店できた。すぐにロースとヒレのカツ定食を注文したが、料理提供まではここから30-40分ほどかかった。低温だからかなかなか時間がかかる。
定食構成はかなりバラエティ豊富。とんかつだけでなく、サラダや豆腐や漬物など色々味わえるのがありがたい。とんかつは流石のクオリティで肉は柔らかい。低温で良質な肉を使っているからこその柔らかさ。しかし、これを目当てに訪問できるほどの感動はあるかというと微妙かも知れない。予約ができないのも痛い。価格帯も3000円前後と地方にしては強気の設定なのでコスパ的な魅力も少ない。
登山の通り道にあるので訪問はしやすいのだが、待ち時間の長さから敬遠してしまうことになるだろう。
