長野県(小谷村)で話題のレストラン
栂池スキー場から比較的近くにある,築120年の古民家を改装したレストラン。
白馬でお世話になってる友人からの情報で早速ランチの予約を入れる。
現在オフシーズンと言うこともあり営業は金、土、日，月だけみたいだ。
流石、ミシュラン一つ星店"SIO "の鳥羽シェフプロデュース。
店内の雰囲気は勿論、料理とサービスは期待以上で大満足。
次回はディナーに期待。
2024年4月1日
ランチのショートコースが最終日という事で訪問。
2日からのランチはパリパリの鮭定食になる。こちらも美味しいが、ショートコースは初めてなのでギリギリ間に合った。
期待通りにどのお皿も趣向たっぷりで美味しかったです。
