The Chef's selection Course allows you to enjoy a variety of Creative Cuisine, mainly using ingredients from Nagano Prefecture. While respecting the local food culture, we will arrange it in the Nagano style and offer it in a new form. From dishes using oyaki and pickles to specialties unique to this area, such as "Otari buckwheat flour" and "Nagano beef". We also have a plan with "pairing" that allows you to choose non-alcoholic drinks. Please relax and enjoy the exquisite marriage of food and drink.

Our "Salmon Set Meal" is packed with attention to detail in every dish. The salmon skin is grilled to a crisp and the meat is fluffy. The simple seasoning of salt brings out the natural flavor of the salmon to the fullest. The rice is made with "Yumeshinano" rice from Otari, and is served freshly cooked to be fluffy. In addition, we also serve white miso pork soup with plenty of ingredients and Small dish that make use of ingredients from Nagano Prefecture. Please enjoy our exquisite dishes, including seasonal ingredients and salted vegetables, that you will want to eat every day.

Our Restaurants is set in a 140-year-old traditional Japanese house. Surrounded by abundant nature and a relaxed atmosphere, you can relax and enjoy a nostalgic atmosphere. The restaurant seats 20 people in total, and offers both table seating and private rooms with sunken kotatsu tables. This private space is perfect for dates or girls' nights out. There is also a parking lot, so you can come by car from far away without worry. We can also reserved, so please feel free to contact us by phone.

Our courses are carefully paired with a variety of dishes. The "Alcohol Plan" includes a total of eight drinks, all of which are carefully selected, mainly from Nagano Prefecture, wines. We also offer a "Non-Alcohol Plan", which offers drinks based on a variety of teas, blended with fruits, spices and herbs.
