秋の空、自由気ままにグルメ＆祭りの旅 ～2013・長崎 第16回～
特別お店を決めていた訳ではなかったのですが、駅近で、お店を探していたところ行ってみたくなったのが『炉談』。
クジラ料理や地元の魚が楽しめる居酒屋のようです。 お店は長崎駅から徒歩5分程度、長崎駅前の商店街を抜けたところにあります。 お店のあるビルの2階に上がっていくと威勢のいい元気な店員さん。 いらっしゃいませの言葉に続いて、予約の有無を確認されました。
予約が必須ではありませんが、大人気店だったらしく、飛び込みでというのは甘かったようです。 店内を見回してカウンターならＯＫとのことで、通していただきました。
席についてほっとしていると、続々予約のお客さんが入ってきます。 あっという間に満席になってしまいました。 運が良かった～♪ 飲み物を注文し、お通しが出されました。 春雨とピーマンの和え物と、青菜の煮びたしで、シンプルだけどとてもおいしい。 人気の理由が何となく分かります。
料理は『くじらの赤身刺 900円』と『甘鯛のからあげ 650円』を！
どちらも炉談の名物料理のようです。
まず先に来た『くじらの赤身』は、しっかりとした肉質で、もう完全に”肉”です。臭みはないのですが、添えられた生姜を醤油に溶かすとさっぱり食べられます。 そしてお次は『甘鯛のからあげ』。ヒレまでかりかりに揚がっており、まるで骨煎餅のよう。身も甘く、何もつけないでも大変おいしくいただきました。
地元の酒と一緒に長崎を舌で堪能している最中にも、お店に入りきれなったお客さんが何組も。 いやはやすごい人気です。でもそれも納得の素晴らしい味の料理でした♪
