諫早で宿泊することになり、折角なのでシーフードにお酒と思いこちらに来ました。
店内は、カウンターや小上がりの部屋があります。
訪れた時、2組の団体がいらっしゃいました。
様子を垣間見ていると、接待ともう一つは会社のイベントで宴会が模様されていました。
さほどお腹も減っていないので、なるべく胃に負担のないものと考えました。
本日のメニューで「幸貝」が目に入り、店員さんに聞いてみました。
『身はシコシコいる』そうです。
長崎の方では『幸せを呼ぶ』と言われる縁起のいい貝です。
板場を見ていると、板前さんが幸貝をハンマーで激しく叩いています、結構殻が堅いようです。
登場した幸貝は、貝らしい旨みに溢れており、食感がよくコリコリして美味この上ない貝です。
関東ではなかなかお目にかかることはなく、長崎・佐賀・熊本などの有明海で産地のようです。
その他「イカゲソの唐揚げ」と「ブリカマ」を頂きました。
箸置きがこれぞ有明、ムツゴロウがとても愛らしい。
女性スタッフの香水が少し鼻につきました。
飲食店での香水は、控えて頂きたい。
この日は、お酒も含め5140円。
