JR万葉まほろば線帯解駅から南へ歩いて15分ほどのところにあるラーメン屋さん「麺食堂88」さん。今日はここで、「特製醤油ラーメン」をいただきます。
山小屋風のお店は天井が高く、ゆったりしてます。店内の壁沿いにも椅子が並べられており、土日は賑わうんだなと感じます。
まず券売機で「特製醤油ラーメン」のチケットを購入。カウンター席に座ります。
暫くして、醤油のいい香りがしてきたなと思ったら、ラーメンが運ばれてきました。ラーメン鉢の縁にかかる5枚の大きな叉焼、カットされてペアで入っている煮卵。見た目のインパクトも大です。叉焼は角切り版まで入っており、こちらはジューシー。ツルッともちもちの麺も醤油が効いたスープによく合います。
小さくカットされた玉ねぎのシャキシャキとした食感が、ラーメン職人さんの心意気を感じます。
このお店のラーメンもレベルが高いですね。
