Our commitment to offal

① Only Wagyu beef offal is used in the "Famous Wagyu Toro Motsunabe" ② The offal is washed at least five times to remove odors and cut by 15 grams ③ The broth is made in a unique way and with a unique blend

Special attention to grilling

① The specialty grilled thighs are made with Kagoshima's "Satsuma Chiran chicken" ② Four different parts of chicken are used, and combinations of different parts are also possible ③ Served on a hot iron plate

Black pork specialties

① A brand of pork that represents Kagoshima ② shabu shabu is made using pork belly, and is characterized by its sweetness ③ It takes about 1.5 times longer to raise than regular pigs
