天理にあるおでん屋さん。
外観は普通の居酒屋さんで、店内は清潔で落ち着いてます。店員さんはみな丁寧な印象で、このお店はおでんを比較的小さな器で何度も出すスタイルなので、小まめに空いたお皿を引いてくれました。
おでん：大根、厚揚げ、ごぼう天といった定番のおでんは、東京のような真っ黒な出汁ではなく、透き通ったお出汁です。味は濃くはありませんが、良いお出汁です。なお、椎茸は薄切りにしたスープのような形態で出されました。
限定おでん・タコやわらか煮（640円）：非常に柔らかく煮られたタコ。辛子が凄く合います。
ここまでは私の知ってるおでんでしたが、このお店はおでんの幅が広いです。
限定おでん・手仕込みしゅうまい（340円）：おいしいしゅうまいがお出汁に浸かって出ました。美味しいです。
限定おでん・大和芋まんじゅう（870円）：しんじょうのような餡かけ。
限定おでん・蓮根つくねはさみ揚げ（640円）：美味しい蓮根はさみ揚げがお出汁に浸かってます。・・・おでん？と最初は思いましたが、こういう食べ方も美味しいです。１品ずつ小皿で出すスタイルならではの提供方です。
限定おでん・揚げゴマ豆腐かに身あんかけ：しっかりとした風味のあるゴマ豆腐を揚げて、塩気のあるカニ身あんをかけてあります。これも美味しいです。
おでんの概念が広がりました。目から鱗です。
なお、このお店で飲んだビールは何故かめちゃくちゃ美味しく感じました。暑い中、１日中観光した影響なのか、それともこのお店のが特別美味しいのか、また奈良に来た時に確かめたいです。
