週末に新潟に行く予定があり、いくつかの候補の中から、こちらに決め予約し、土曜夜の18時に2人で訪問。
ちなみに他の候補のお店もこちらのグループ店のようです。
お刺身５品盛り合わせ、菜の花おひたし、ホタルイカと浅葱の酢味噌和えに生ビールをまずはオーダー。
お通しでかに汁と高菜のピリ辛和え？が出てきましたが、まずこれが素晴らしい。高菜はレギュラーメニューでおかわりしたいレベルです。
他のメニューも何を食べても美味しいです。隣のお客さんも初訪問ようでしたが、何を食べてもウメーウメー！と声をあげてました。
その他に、今日のオススメからえびしんじょう揚げといいだこの桜煮を、レギュラーメニューから串揚げ、ホタルイカの燻製を頼み、最後に名物の五郎めしでフィニッシュ。
あと2杯目から日本酒にシフトしたんですが、プライベートブランドの五郎酒というのが、1合580円でコスパめちゃ高でした。ついつい飲み過ぎてしまいます。
新潟に来たら再訪したいお店になりました。
