新潟古町の西堀通り沿いにある創業80余年の鳥料理屋。
今宵は宴会で利用させて頂きました。
メインを飾るのは、ジャンボやきとり。長さ60cmの串に、大ぶりの鶏肉が合計370g分ささっていて、なかなかの迫力です。鶏肉を串から抜いてみんな分け合って食べましたが、結構場は盛り上がりますね。焼き加減も大ぶりな肉に中までほんのり火が通っていてジューシーで美味しいですね。
他にも、鶏のたたきや、新潟名物の鶏の半羽唐揚げなど、鳥料理屋らしい一品が並べられます。
お腹いっぱいになりました。
