2024年、5年ぶりの新潟への出張です。
しかし、新潟は遠いや！
冬だから航空機は避けて電車で行きましたが、まぁ着かない。東京駅でダッシュで乗り換えて新潟に着いたのは5時間26分後。さすがに疲れました。しかも、タクシーの運転手さんに聞いたら新潟は雪が少なく滅多に航空機は止まったりしないと。おい、ネットの情報いい加減にしろよ！
で、翌日仕事を終えてから向かったのはこち、前の時はいがの墨というお店でしたがそちらは一杯、姉妹店のえびす鯛さんに
カウンター席の一番奥に座って色々と頼みましたが、1人でしょ！あれもこれ元はいかず、選んで選んでの注文です。
先ずはお通し。前のお店と同じで1人1個好きな海鮮を選んで蒸し焼きにして貰います。私は冬ですから牡蠣です。
ほくほくの身に少しだけポン酢をかけて、ウーンおいしいです。もっとと思ってしまうところが前菜のいいところ。
するめいかお刺身
大きないかのお刺身 身の部分以外は後で焼きものや天麩羅などにしてもらえます。私は天麩羅で。刺身おいしいです。天麩羅もおいしいです。でもね、これでかなりお腹がいっぱいになります。
白子 酢の物
白子が少し残念かな。もう少しドーンとしたのを期待しましたが、味が淡泊であっさりと頂けました。
帆立のバター焼き
大振りの帆立をバターで焼いて。うーん、おいしいです。
能登のなまこ酢
やっぱ能登のものを頼まないとね。これもおいしい
栃尾の厚揚げ焼き プレーン
これはしまった。そういえば前に注文したときも時間がかかってた。それに量が凄い。前は3人で食べたからおいしい！だけでしたが、今回は1人、しかもお腹はいっぱい気味。まぁ、色々とありますから。
で、ご飯ものは食べられない、もちろん甘いものも食べられないで終了です。前の時は別の個室で頂けましたが、今回は板さんがバンバン作っているのを見ながら。最初のうちは楽しかったですが、途中からはイヤーちょっとな感じでした。
こういうお店はやはりたくさんで楽しむのがベストですな。
