We luxuriously use half of a 1kg red sea bream grilled over charcoal, and the finest Koshihikari grown in the rich land of Sado retains the fragrant aroma of charcoal grilling. It brings out the flavor even more. Enjoy the first bite as is, and the second bite with homemade sea bream miso. For the third bite, please enjoy the soup stock made from bonito and kelp.
