On this day, I was disappointed that the red sea bream that I was looking forward to was not in stock, and that some items were out of stock, but I didn't miss any of the dishes I received, so the result was okay. *Otoshi is a style that contains sweet shrimp and is served with miso. *Large raw Oyster from Hokkaido, perfect for eating *Luxury rolls with large fatty tuna and raw sea urchin This combination is crazy... It was so delicious that I could have eaten as many as I wanted. * Crab Miso Matsumae Yaki A dish with rich miso that is perfect for pairing with Japanese sake. * Grilled Murakami beef and local miso * Torotaku * Homemade meatballs It had cartilage in it, had a good texture, and was fluffy and delicious. * Clay pot rice with crab and salmon roe The salmon roe had just the right amount of bubble wrap, and the fluffy cooked rice was delicious and I finished it in no time... I could enjoy the fish, meat, local sake, and Niigata specialties all at once, so I could eat it over and over again. I felt like I would never get tired of visiting. I especially want to try all the types of clay pot rice.
