色んなおそばを食べてますが、小千谷のおそばが一番美味しいです。

へぎそばを紹介する店を三つあげましたが、実は四つ(小千谷の平沢に姉妹店あり)紹介したいので、紹介させていただきます
実はここのお店のつけ汁は絶品で、地元では「わたやの汁」で「角やの蕎麦」を食べた...
駅から近く、わかりやすい場所にあります。
お昼時なので店内は混んでいましたが、待つことなく座れ
ました。子供用に小さい椅子も用意してあり、いいですね。
親子でへぎそばと天ぷらと、たぬきそばを注文...
小千谷周辺では多く蕎麦屋さんがあるようです。
メニューに記載されているところによると
小千谷がへぎそば発祥の地だそうです。
しかし駅周辺ですとなかなかへぎ蕎麦のお店はありません。
