仕込みがしっかりとした居酒屋です。
訪問時はワンオペとなっておりました。
メニューの品目は少なめですが、何を頼んでも美味しいです。
人気店からの学びは、品数より質、と思います。
５人で入りました。
雰囲気よし！
お店も落ち着いて、日本酒も種類があり、とても美味しかったです！
ただ、、、料理の種類が少ないのと、時間がかかること。。。。30分くらい待ったのもありました。...

連れと両親の４人での久しぶりの訪店。
１ヶ月遅れのオヤジの誕生会です。
生ビールから日本酒を飲みながら以下を。

こちら、固定のメニューはあまりありません。
いく都度、目新しい物に出会えます。
今回は、イワシの梅煮、刺身盛、だし巻き、ホタルイカ梅味噌焼きを注文

やっぱり長岡市に来たら此方ははずせないです。
予約しないで訪問するので
しょっちゅう満席で振られますが
この日はタイミングが合い入れました。

非常に寂しい路地の先にこの店はある
暗闇にポツンと灯りがともっているだけで
とても入ろうと思える店ではない
