オープンした時から気になっていたお店。
カウンターメインで奥には小上がり席があります。
小料理やさんぽい感じで広いお店ではありませんが綺麗で落ち着いた雰囲気の店内。
カウンターの向こうにはご主人。接客に女性の方が一人。ご夫婦かな？
３名で予約しておいたので小上がり席に案内されました。
メニューは日替わりのようで手書きのメニュー表が１枚。
あとはドリンクメニュー。日本酒の種類が豊富です。
料理の方の種類は豊富とは言えませんが魚料理を中心に一品料理、おつまみ系、お寿司まで揃ってました。
まずは生ビールで乾杯。
熟撰？アサヒのプレミアムビールらしい。初めて飲みます。きめ細かな泡が旨いね。
お通しはにこごり。なんでこういうお店のお通しはこんなに旨いのだ。って思う。
お刺身は３人前の盛り合わせにしてもらって。どれも美味しかったけど個人的には〆サバが◎でした。
料理は全体的にはやや薄味かな。上品な味付けと言った方がいいか。
メニューにこっそり小さな字で書かれた魚肉ソーセージチップスがビールのつまみに最適でした。
ひとつひとつの料理の盛り付けも上品。接客もお店の雰囲気に合ってました。
カウンターで美味しい和食を肴に日本酒をかっこよく飲むのが似合うお店・・・大人のお店だなぁ。
私ももう少し大人になったら一人でぶらっと来たいですね。
そんなかっこいい大人になれる日が来るとは思えませんが・・・
