こちら、固定のメニューはあまりありません。
いく都度、目新しい物に出会えます。
今回は、イワシの梅煮、刺身盛、だし巻き、ホタルイカ梅味噌焼きを注文
飲み物は、日本酒を何種類か頂きました。ツレは緑茶でした。
イワシの梅煮、これはヤバイです。見かけたら是非注文してください(笑)
刺身、こちらの刺身は間違いないです。美味！
だし巻き、出汁多目の薄味のだし巻き。時間はかかりますがこちらも外せないです。美味！
ホタルイカ梅味噌焼き、革新的ですねー。これがあるからこちらのお店はヤバイんです。
初めての味に暫し思考停止・・・意外と癖になる味。
そして、一番凄いのが曇り一つ無い綺麗なオープンキッチン脱帽です。
店員のお姉さんもとても素敵な接客です。
味良し、人良しの良いお店です。
