備長炭で焼いた串焼き鳥居酒屋、ランチ始めました。あごすけ流ちゃんぽんです。
「麺屋あごすけ」が上越市役所近くに、やきとりと鍋を中心に【酒とめし あごすけ】をOPENしました。今回は「楽しくなり、おいしいものを食べて飲んで元気になって帰ってもらいたい」をコンセプトとしてお店作りをしました。その一つ、やきとりは、塩が中心。塩は、沖縄のやき塩と安塚区の塩を使い、備長炭で焼く焼き鳥で美味しさをお伝えします是非一度お越し下さい!
