なんとなく新潟に来ました。
なんとなく宿を取りましたら、
場所は盛り場から離れた山の上。
食事を取りたい旨伝えると、
レストランは予約のみで、

女将の差配は変わらず。
ルールがあるのだ。
2020年時点でオープンは17時半。

代替わりして息子さん大変だろうけど卵焼きは親父さんのレベル...
越後湯沢駅前西口徒歩3分位の居酒屋さん、新幹線までにどこか軽く一杯と探して伺いました。
行ってみたら以前スノボ帰りに上司に連れてってもらったお店。

オヤジさんの姿は無く、料理人は随分と若かった。
女将さんに代替わりしたのか訊ねると、そうだと言う。話を深掘りするのをやめて、食事と酒を楽しむ事にした。

予約席が多く、フリで行って入れたのは奇跡かも・・・
