越後湯沢駅前西口徒歩3分位の居酒屋さん、新幹線までにどこか軽く一杯と探して伺いました。
行ってみたら以前スノボ帰りに上司に連れてってもらったお店。
日本酒ておいしいんだなあと初めて思ったお店でした。
この時期のみとあった八海山の原酒、甘味、味が濃く満足でした。
お通しは筍？初めて食べるものでしたが新鮮でおいしかったです。とろとろの刺身盛り合わせ、アスパラ天婦羅いただきました。
またお邪魔したいです。
