なんとなく新潟に来ました。
なんとなく宿を取りましたら、
場所は盛り場から離れた山の上。
食事を取りたい旨伝えると、
レストランは予約のみで、
本日はもういっぱいとのこと。
え！！？
先言ってよ！！
しょうがないので麓に降りて、食って飲みます。
こちらにお伺い。
入店しますと、
われわれの貸切。
刺し盛りと、卵焼きと、
里芋の揚げ物をお願いします。
飲み物はビールからはじめます。
ビールが来ました。
マルエフって何かわかりませんが、
少し味の濃いスーパードライみたいなのがきました。
こちとらペロリです。
さて、
里芋の揚げ物からきました。
想定外のフレンチフライ的な形でてきましたが、
想定外にうまいです。
ほぼポテトです。
お次に刺し盛り。
素敵な感じですし、
せっかく新潟に来てるんで、
〆張鶴の吟醸とキメます。
タイやらブリやらカツオやらの舞い踊り。
極めてうまいです。
よく冷えた〆張をクーっとやると、
ほぼフリスクの装い。
清涼感しかございません。
最後に卵焼きが来ますが、
えらいボリューム。
これはうまい。
これはね、
うまいです。
いやはや
小腹も満たされました。
まだ時間も早いので、
もう少し、
越後湯沢を泳いでまいります。
