スキーの後は鍋です
上越新幹線 越後湯沢駅近くの 小料理屋さんです。
湯沢にスキーに来た時は 必ず寄らせていただきます。
というか、ここに来るために 湯沢にスキーに来るのかな。
山の中なのに 魚が新鮮。
やっぱり 日本海が近いからでしょうか。
今日は お刺身盛り合わせ（2人前 ￥3200）と のどぐろ鍋（2人前 ￥5500）を 予約しておきました。
予約時間に お店に着くと 席には ドドンと 鍋が用意されています。
土鍋の蓋を取ると 大きな のどぐろの頭が・・・（写真をご覧ください）
今日のお刺身は つぶ貝 赤貝 キス まぐろ赤身。
どれも新鮮です。特に貝類は最高。コリコリです。
お刺身をつまんでいるうちに、鍋も良いように 煮えてきました。
自家製ぽん酢は ちょっと味が強いので 煮汁で薄めて戴きます。
のどぐろ 脂がのって美味しい。去年は小ぶりで イマイチでしたが 今年は当たりです。
鍋のお野菜や 刺身のつまも新鮮で 全部食べられます。
締めは決まりの雑炊。
名物卵焼きのほか 蟹 ブリ 鶏鍋などもあります。
酒どころ新潟だけに 地酒の種類も豊富で安い。
小さいお店ですので 必ずご予約を！

越後湯沢スキー1日目
またまたひょうたん瀧に来ました
旅行が決まってから
何度も電話するも
全く通じず
ご主人 体でも悪くしたかな と心配していましたが
スキー場の帰り
店の前を通ると
開店の準備中
扉を開けて
5時から 鍋とお刺身 の予約が出来ました
聞くと予約の電話は
なるべく出ないようにしているとか？？？
5時に入店
半分以上のテーブルに リザーブの札が
予約とれて良かった ホッ

バイガイの煮付
これが薄味でホント美味しい 肝が最高です
この肝なら丼一杯食べたい

サザエ・しめ鯖・中トロ・赤メバル
しめ鯖は中生で脂がのっていて美味しい
赤メバル 今日の一押し 上品な白身の甘さが堪りません
【ぶり鍋】2人前
時化で漁に出られないという事でノドグロはありませんでした
お刺身で食べても良いような鰤がたっぷり
日本海のぶりは美味しいですね
舞茸や豆腐・野菜も美味しいですよ
