2度めの訪問。今回は3人ということもあり、お得な炉端焼きコース “恋” @3,850円をオーダー。

コースは枝豆の炭火焼きからスタート。枝豆といえば茹でるイメージだが、焼いたアツアツの枝豆もなかなかイケる。
お次は鶏・野菜の炉端焼き。地鶏の炭火焼き、それも目の前で焼いてもらえるという贅沢。当然に美味しい。野菜では万願寺唐辛子とまこもたけが特に良かった。
そして横の囲炉裏で焼いた大とろいわしと特大えびが登場。炭火の遠赤外線効果だろうか、遠火で焼いたいわしはとてもふっくら。炭火は偉大だ!
