The owner, Yoshimune Kumamoto, is from Fukuoka. He has trained as a chef in 10 countries around the world, and after returning to Japan, he gained a wealth of experience as a chef at top hotels such as the Hyatt Regency Fukuoka. He has new ideas acquired from a variety of experiences, and is also good at expressing the delicate flavors unique to Japanese Cuisine. |
